The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Vail Valley has a variety of rooms to choose from, including the impressive penthouse suite. Guests couldn't stop raving about their upgraded penthouse suite, which was the highlight of their trip. The penthouse suite boasts a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and not one but TWO full bathrooms. Even those who didn't stay in the penthouse suite were still pleased with the room size and wonderful mountain views. However, some guests did mention that the quality of decor and furniture felt a bit too corporate for their taste. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with housekeeping not replenishing used cups and coffees in the room. There were also a few complaints about squeaky beds and dirty windows with handprints. All in all, the rooms at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa are generally very large and comfortable with stunning mountain views to enjoy.

If you're looking for a resort with amazing staff, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley is definitely worth considering. The concierge and staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience. Shout-outs go to Chase, Laura, Solange and Verni the taxi driver for their exceptional service. The food and staff are also amazing and the amenities are top-notch. They're very responsive to all your questions and needs. The location is perfect and the service is wonderful. However, a few guests noted that some members of the staff could've been more friendly. The front desk could've been a bit more welcoming for some guests and the person who answers the general phone number and attempts to get one transferred to Reservations wasn't the best. Additionally, the resort was severely short-staffed, which affected the quality of service. Nonetheless, most guests found the staff to be very helpful and the overall experience was worth it.
