Very Good

Location

Located in a prime spot, the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is the perfect place to stay for those looking to be close to all the action. With its many amenities, guests can enjoy the convenience of everything being within reach - from shows, casinos and restaurants to cafes, clubs and more. The hotel itself is an upscale facility, providing guests with top-notch service and a great atmosphere. One highlight of the location is the proximity of the parking area to the casino door, making it super convenient to come and go. However, some guests noted that the signage to get to the casino could be improved. While the hotel is located a little further out from the beach, it more than makes up for it with its fabulous location. On the downside, some guests found their rooms to be not perfectly clean and expensive. Additionally, the location away from the boardwalk and everything else may not be ideal for some, but hopefully, the hotel can provide a shuttle service to the downtown area in the future. Overall, the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa's location is definitely one of its strong points, offering guests a fabulous experience.

The attention of the staff was pésima according to some guests and there were some issues with housekeeping and the front desk service not being professional enough. However, the overall consensus is that the staff at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is fantastic and professional, making guests' stay very pleasant and relaxing.
