Staff

The St. Regis Aspen Resort received rave reviews from guests regarding its staff. Many praised the friendly and helpful concierge team with one guest noting that their ex-Stanford football coach was amazing and went above and beyond to assist them. Some even received special gestures, such as champagne for their anniversary and seamless ski lesson bookings. The spa staff was also highly praised with one guest mentioning Josie for her awesome job. There was one downside though - some guests found the valet and door guys rude and unhelpful. But overall, guests largely loved the staff's attitude and professionalism and felt that they were a major contributing factor to the wonderful ambience of the hotel.
