The location is quiet and unique and comfortable for going both to northern and southern sites of Zagoria. Ano Pedina is a great base to explore the area and a quiet village with two restaurants. The guesthouse is well positioned for touring Western Zagoria and its attractions. It is ideally placed to visit both routes in Zagorochoria towards Tsepelovo and Aristi. Guests have praised the excellent and strategic location of Althea Guesthouse for visiting the Zagori villages and the Vikos Gorge. The hosts have also been complimented for their excellent advice on exploring the area.
