The reception staff provides fantastic service and the hotel's concierge is extremely professional and cordial. The housekeeping staff and those who provided breakfast were particularly noteworthy. While some guests found the furnishings lacking in comfort, the luxuriously designed queen-sized suites with kitchenettes make for a comfortable and worthwhile stay. Overall, the attentiveness and helpfulness of the Santa Maria Luxury Suites & Spa staff are a standout feature of this hotel.

Santa Maria Luxury Suites & Spa serves up amazing breakfast options that will take your breath away. The hotel location is also perfect, offering a wonderful view from the suite and pool. Guests can expect excellent service with breakfast being delivered promptly and efficiently to the suite terrace every day. The breakfast menu features fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and cakes, all of which can be ordered the night before and enjoyed on your balcony in the morning. The perfect start to your day!

Rooms

Santa Maria Luxury Suites & Spa offers a luxurious stay with spacious, well-decorated rooms that are spotlessly clean and tended to daily. While some guests found the furnishings lacking in comfort, the spacious bedrooms and amazing, large suites make up for it. Some lovely terraces add to the pleasing aesthetic of the hotel. However, some rooms such as room 108 lacked full-length windows or patio doors and felt like a concrete box, causing disturbance due to the spotlights and lack of storage. Nevertheless, the luxuriously designed queen-sized suites with kitchenettes make for a comfortable and worthwhile stay.

Staff

The staff at Santa Maria Luxury Suites & Spa are exceptional. All employees are highly pleasant and are truly interested in making you feel comfortable. The reception staff provide absolutely fantastic service and the hotel's concierge was extremely professional and cordial. While one guest found the woman acting as concierge to be pushy, the majority of guests had nothing but good things to say about the staff. The housekeeping staff and those who provided breakfast were particularly noteworthy. The friendly staff helped guests plan excursions at the last minute and their warm welcome made for a memorable experience. Overall, the attentiveness and helpfulness of the Santa Maria Luxury Suites & Spa staff are a standout feature of this hotel.
