Experience the beauty of Accra with a stay at Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel. The hotel boasts a great proximity to tourist sites and is located at the heart of the city, making it an excellent location for both business and leisure. The pool and resort area provide a relaxing atmosphere while the surrounding landscaping only adds to the overall ambience of the hotel. Most guests appreciated the spot-on location which is just 10 minutes from the KI Airport with easy access to wherever they needed to go. Meanwhile, some guests were not impressed with their room view which looked out to an untidy and noisy deck. Nonetheless, the hotel's good position in Accra, coupled with exceptional service and fantastic breakfast, make Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel an ideal place to stay on your next trip to Accra.

However, some of the feedback was negative with a few guests complaining about reception staff being rude, staff members in the restaurant not cooperating and service being appalling. But overall, the majority of guests confirmed that the staff were welcoming, pleasant and attentive with efficient and fantastic cleaning services all around the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with a lovely pool, then Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra is definitely a great place to stay. The pool is large, clean and has a bar so you can enjoy a drink while you swim or relax poolside. The pool area is nice and family friendly with sun loungers and a sports lounge. If you're a keen swimmer, the pool is big enough to do some mild exercise or otherwise to cool off from the heat. The breakfast served near the pool is amazing and the pool's stunning view is just superb. Although it closes rather early at 7 pm, it is definitely an amazing big, calm and clean pool which is perfect for swimming, relaxing or enjoying with your family. The only downside is that the service was extremely slow, hence making an incident with one of the pool waiters. Nonetheless, all in all, the outside pool area and the beautiful building is the highlight of the hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful, truly making you feel at home during your trip. If you're looking for a convenient location that caters equally to work and leisure, this hotel is the perfect choice. And even when travelling for work, the tranquility of your surroundings won't be interrupted thanks to soundproofing. The executive lounge is a major highlight, providing guests with a premium space to relax and work in. While there is no dedicated business center, the front desk is extremely helpful and accommodating. However, there were a few minor issues during my stay including misinformation by a receptionist and some delayed guest services. Despite these hiccups, I still highly recommend the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra for any business traveler.
